How much does a custom software project cost?
Every project is quoted as a flat fee by feature scope. Simple projects (a WhatsApp bot, an integration) cost less; full platforms with multiple modules cost more. The first step is understanding your problem and giving you a fixed written proposal — no hourly billing surprises.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope. A WhatsApp bot or an integration can be ready in 2–4 weeks. A full platform can take 2–4 months. We define it in the proposal with a milestone-based timeline.
What if the project scope changes during development?
Every scope change is defined in writing before it's executed, at our published rate of $65 USD/hour, with its additional time. We never add work without you knowing exactly what it costs.
Do I own the code?
Yes. At the end of the project we hand over all source code, server access and documentation. The software is 100% yours.
Do I need to know about technology to work with you?
No. We explain everything in business terms. What we need to understand is your problem and how your process works today. We handle the technical side.
Do you offer maintenance after delivery?
Yes, we offer monthly hour packages for maintenance and ongoing improvements: bug fixes, security updates and adjustments. The cost depends on the complexity of the system and the package you choose.
