How much does an online store cost exactly?
Every store is quoted as a flat fee based on scope — number of products, payment integrations and features. You get a fixed written quote within 24 hours of the first call. We never bill development by the hour; changes outside the signed scope go at our published rate of $65 USD/hour.
How long does delivery take?
Between 3 and 6 weeks from contract signing and upfront payment. Timing depends on complexity and how quickly you provide content (photos, copy, prices).
What do I need to get started?
A product list with photos and prices, your business logo, and 50% of the project value upfront. We define everything else in the first meeting.
Are hosting and domain included?
The first year of hosting and domain registration are included. From the second year we show you how to renew them directly (usually $20–$50 USD per year).
Can I also sell on WhatsApp besides the web?
Yes. We can integrate a WhatsApp button with a preloaded catalog, or connect RemPays if you want a bot to take orders and collect payments on WhatsApp by itself.
Can I connect my existing payment processor?
Yes — Stripe, PayPal, Square or the processor you already use. If you don't have one, we help you set up the account.
